Buttons and Twine

I have no idea where my post from Thursday went!!  I searched and searched...nothing!  For those of you who didn't know, Blogger went down on Thursday and erased or misplaced everyone's posts.   It did come back late in the afternoon Friday, but I was not around a computer to get my post up, I was out running errands most of the day.

I am entering another challenge over at CAS-ual Fridays.

Create a new CAS project using buttons AND twine.
Bakers twine, jute twine, you can even substitute embroidery floss if you don't own any twine.

I really love using my twine, so I was very interested in playing along.   I also had received my kit from Studio Calico that I had won a few weeks ago, and there was some great products in there!!!

I have been seeing a lot of WHITE cards, with punches of color, and I just love it.

This is a 5.5" square card.
K&Co and Core'dinations papers
I had some tiny scraps of paper from this K&Co paper pack, I lined them all up to create this pattern of paper.  Fiskars border punch
Bakers Twine from The Twinery
Jillibean Soup cardboard button
Sentiment from Ditto cling

While the challenge did call for buttons and I only used one, I really liked how this one stood out.

You have until Wednesday to enter this great challenge....go hop over and enter your CAS-ual project!
