Thought I would be a little different and make a tag. Again, my mind is still thinking summer! {but who's not} This is a very simple tag, quick to add to any gift. With all this snow, we need to cheer up with the thoughts that it is almost over!
I used AC solid cardstock and Colobok patterned papers

Tags, Bags, Boxes and More for the tag {4.5" shadow and base cut}
I cut the kite twice, so I could cut off the bows on the string to the top layer

I used my iRock, inking, 3D dots and some off ray ribbon.
